Honda CR-Z Hybrid – The Best Hybrid Car Yet?
Is the Honda CR-Z Hybrid the best hybrid vehicle yet? Well, it’s the greatest looking one so far, coming out of the Japanese auto maker’s R&D department. A Honda microsite and ads popping up all over the Interwebs have struck quite an interest in Honda fans & auto journalists, wondering how much longer they will have to wait for 2011′s CR-Z Hybrid sports car. Rumors bouncing around the 2010 NAIAS floor add to the fever.
It seems that Honda’s banner advertisement suggests not only will the 2011 CR-Z hybrid come in two-door form (unlike Toyota’s Prius) it also rivals other hybrids by offering a six-speed manual tranny. “Introducing The First Six Speed Hybrid” — something not found on other U.S. hybrids, according to source Jalopnik.
