Honda Super Cub Scooter – Retro FTW!

The Honda Super Cub, known to be one of the highest selling (and thus, most popular) “motorcycles” in the company’s history. Yes friends, all you pizza delivery people, Chinese food couriers and kids too young to own a Harley, the Super Cub Scooter is BACK! This time updated with the name Symba.

The Super Cub was first introduced in 1958 and quickly became the most driven single-person mode of transit in Asia. During the early 1980′s Super Cub also became known as Passpot, Honda C100 & Honda 50, was so popular models from that generation are worth thousands of dollars even today. Maybe Honda should skip making robots and just stick to scooters.

The Symba brings back most much of that retro late 50′s early 60′s style of scooter-ing. With an auto-shifting gear, plastic molding and tiny engine, it’s a breeze to operate. And don’t forget a tag of $2,598 – almost anyone could use this little ride to get from Trader Joes to their West Philadelphia apartment.
