Honda Insight Production Photo
Honda released the first OFFICIAL production picture of it’s 2010 Insight Hybrid car to the world wide web yesterday, and the car looks pretty similar to concept designs (and, yes, much like the Toyota Prius). It’s realistic from a research and development point of view to expect many of the world’s automobiles to look like this from now on, it being the most aerodynamic design. Chevy is already touting their Volt and Cruze hybrids with a similar body style.
What makes the Insight a bit better than the Green Loving Prius? Perhaps it’s Honda’s detail to quality, their vehicle’s estimated 40 to 50 miles per gallon range? Wait, we know, it’s the rumored $18,500 starting price. Good luck competing with that ‘yota.
